How we handle your data.
1 · What we collect
Your email, the name you give us (optional), class bookings and attendance, and membership status. That's enough to run the studio and no more.
2 · Camera & streaming
There is one camera in the studio. It frames the teacher and is live only while a class runs, streaming to Namasté Online members. Practitioners on the mats are outside the frame, no audio from the room's floor is picked up beyond the teacher's microphone, and nothing is recorded or stored — there is no footage to request, because none exists.
3 · What we don't
No third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, no pixels. We don't sell or share data with marketers.
4 · Where it lives
Our booking system stores data in an EU region. Payments go through our payment processor; we store only the last four digits of your card and your membership status.
5 · Cookies
Two: an authentication session so you stay signed in, and your cookie choice itself. That's it.
6 · Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, or a portable export. Write to hello@namastestudios.dk and we'll respond within 30 days.
