How we handle your data.
1 · What we collect
Your email, the name you give us (optional), class bookings and attendance, and membership status. That's enough to run the studio and no more.
2 · Camera & streaming
Classes stream live from the studio to Namasté Online members. People attending in person may appear on camera and could be recognisable, depending on the view. Sessions are never recorded or stored.
3 · Analytics and advertising
With your consent, Google Analytics measures how the site is used and Meta Pixel measures advertising performance. These optional technologies load only after you accept them. We do not sell personal data.
4 · Where it lives
Our booking system stores data in an EU region. Payments go through our payment processor; we store only the last four digits of your card and your membership status.
5 · Cookies
Necessary cookies support authentication, security and payment fraud prevention. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel cookies are optional, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings.
6 · Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, or a portable export. Write to contact@mistershamir.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
